How long will it take?
For deliveries within Australia, your package will arrive within 2-5 working days.
** Note that Business Days does not include any
public holidays that may delay shipping of your order.
Most deliveries to NZ take between 6 and 10 days, following clearance of payment.
Order processing and dispatch - Normally we have stock on hand to package and dispatch well within 24 hours of your online order. But sometimes we will need to source from our suppliers, and that could take 3 to 5 working days. In addition to the first email to you confirming your order, if there is going to be a delay we will notify you via email immediately.
Depending on your location, it can take a little longer, but on most deliveries it can be sooner. Regular Post arrives as quickly as the local service will allow, so we can't give you a definitive delivery time.
